Using their experience in the area of machinery repairs, the PS&MS team is able to efficiently, solidly and timely carry out extensive repairs and modernisation of machines and industrial equipment, including the adjustment of machines and equipment according to the Directive on Machinery and minimum occupational safety requirements.
Such actions include:
- carrying out an adjustment audit,
- dismantling of machinery,
- recreating missing Operation and Maintenance Documentation or creating a new machine instructions manual
- repairs including replacing parts or components, repair and replacement of worn parts, sandblasting, varnishing,
- developing and installing new production control systems (PLC, touch screens, flow measuring systems, dosing),
- designing and construction of safety guards in conformity with the requirements of the Polish standards,
- commissioning and acceptance,
- reassembly of the machines.
During the last years, PS&MS has carried out at a customer’s request a few dozens of repairs, modernisations, reconstructions of processing lines, tasks adjusting machinery to the minimum or essential requirements.
